Answer: Kids IQ Test Center has been online since October 2003. You can see proof of our online presence by visiting: The Way Back Time Machine. We've come a long way! Before there was a Kids IQ Test Center, there was Alpha Omega IQ Links. That site was hatched somewhere around 1999. For proof, do a Google search. Answer: Yes. The banner on top of this page has a free IQ test and that test can be taken on almost any smart phone, cell phone, i Phone, Blackberry, etc,.

Question: Besides testing services, what else does your site offer?
Answer: Our goal is to sell IQ tests, and provide each visitor with as much information regarding human intelligence as possible. This information can be serious e.g. information regarding the Stanford Binet IQ Test or it can be meant for entertainment purposes such as in the IQ of Famous People. Moreover, we provide access to our Free IQ Test Club. The club which is hosted online via http://groups.yahoo.com/, (better known as Yahoo Groups) which can be located at Free IQ Test Club. Once again, this part of our service is free and can be used for entertainment well as enlightenment.

Question: Do you collect information from your visitors and use it for the purpose of spam?
Answer: No. However, we do use online tracking software to analyze visitor traffic. We do this so we can effectively analyze how well our business is being projected on the Internet. There is no information provided to our business that can in any way track your surfing habits outside of our website nor does this service provide us with your email address. In a nut shell: it tells us how you arrived to our site, yahoo, google, msn...what keywords were used to find the page you found interesting enough to visit and what pages you visited on our site and the length of time you were on our site. It also tells us what browser you used and tells us what internet service you used to connect to the web.

Question: Does your site use spy ware or pop up windows or other annoying web tactics designed to sell unwanted products or otherwise annoy a visitor?
Answer: Definitely no! We Hate spy ware, pop up windows and anything that interferes with browsing our site in anything less than a reputable manner.

Question: What is the price of the Kids IQ Test?
Answer: The price is $9.95 USD currency.

Question: What forms of payments are excepted?
Answer: Our affiliate ExpertRating accepts payment from the following sources:

If you plan to pay by check/money order or bank draft, you only need to send it within India to our Indian office.

Question: If I am not satisfied, can I get a refund for the test fee?
Answer: There is no provision for a refund. However the test may be re-conducted in case of an error due to ExpertRating. In case of dissatisfaction with the ExpertRating service, you are advised not to reverse the charge on your credit card, as it will lead to a negative report being sent to your Credit Card Company and bank. Please use the contact form for a quick and easy resolution of all problems related to payments or if you feel there has been a deficiency of service.

Question: Is it safe to use my credit card on the while taking a test from your website?
Answer: Our affiliate ExpertRating uses World Pay as its transaction processor. World Pay is a division of the Royal Bank of Scotland and is one of the most reliable and reputed credit card transaction processors in the world. Moreover the payment information is transferred over SSL technology that ensures that it cannot be decrypted during transmission. ExpertRating does not store any credit card information on file.

Question: What do I do if I get disconnected from the Internet while appearing for a test?
Answer: The procedure for restarting from where you left off is very simple. Log in to your member's area and you will find the test name displayed in your test list with the status mentioned as 'Incomplete'. Click on the 'Resume Test' link to continue from where you left off.

Question: Do I receive a certificate of completion after taking a test?
Answer: The ExpertRating hard copy certificate is awarded to all successful test takers who appear for a paid test or who buy a paper certificate after taking a free test. The certificate is of the highest quality and is suitable for mounting. The cost of the certificate and surface mailing charges are included in the paid test fee. In the case of taking a free test, paying the required fee you can purchase the certificate. ExpertRating certified professionals the worlds over have used the certificate to their advantage by presenting it to prospective employers and recruiters as proof of their skills.

Question: How long does it take for my certificate to arrive?
Answer: The certificate takes 3-4 weeks for delivery depending upon the country you reside in. It is sent through registered airmail. If you are in a hurry to receive your certificate, you can order it through Fed Ex by paying the express delivery charges. The option to pay the express delivery charges appears after passing the test. It usually takes 3-5 days to receive the certificate through Fed Ex. When you order your certificate through express delivery, you are also issued a soft copy certificate that you can instantly download and print.
