What is Intelligence?

Although there are no universal agreements on the definition of intelligence there are plenty of facts to define it. One definition of intelligence is the ability to learn new information regardless of what is being learned. An example of this would be the ability to learn advanced physics, or learning a complicated language such as Russian.
